Gluten-Free Olive Tapenade

Ingredients:
1 cup pitted black olives
1/4 cup capers
3 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
Pulse until finely chopped but not completely smooth.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
