Gluten-Free Olive Tapenade

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pitted black olives

  • 1/4 cup capers

  • 3 garlic cloves

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor.

  2. Pulse until finely chopped but not completely smooth.

  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
