Gluten-Free White Garlic Sauce

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour (use gluten-free flour if needed)
1 1/4 cups milk (or a dairy-free alternative)
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Slowly whisk in milk and cook until thickened.
Add Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
