Gluten-Free White Garlic Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 2 tablespoons flour (use gluten-free flour if needed)

  • 1 1/4 cups milk (or a dairy-free alternative)

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.

  2. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

  3. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.

  4. Slowly whisk in milk and cook until thickened.

  5. Add Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
